Nice little town

Nice little town, very safe. Lots of shops and very nice vendors, not too pushy with a good variety of souvenirs.

Shopping excursion was fun. Lots of local people selling their wares and neat little restaurants. People extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Prices were comparable.

I went here a few times when I was staying at LAS BRISAS. I really liked this town. It was really quite and relaxing. I felt welcomed by the locals and didnt feel afraid. Love, love, love this place. So far this is the best place to go to. Mostly Canadians. They are really trying to keep the place clean, people are friendly, and accommodating. Very, very safe.

Beautiful square and Church. Good local shops and no Macdonalds or American chains.Still a mid sized authentic Mexican town.

Good afternoon or evening visit. Pleasant market, safe, interesting to see how the locals live. May take a cab, not necessary for the cab to wait for you, as there are lots available.

We made a few trips into La Crucecita during our stay in Huatulco. The taxi ride is 43 pesos from Barcelo to the town square. We walked across the Corredor Turistico Huatulco into town the first night, it was clean and well lit with security guards patrolling the Corredor. There are a LARGE amount of shops and markets the surround... More

Small little town about 10 minutes from Barcelo Huatulco. Cost about $4 to get there. Walked around the market and the Town center. People were friendly and vendors were not pushy. You can hire an English speaking TAXI driver for 250 pesos an hour and he will walk with you showing you around and even negotiate with vendors if needed.... More
