We used King David tours to go to Stone Island. There was a little false advertising, but we still had a good time. You can snorkel, ride horses, kayak, or just hang out on the beach. The food on the island is pretty good.

They have parasailing on the main beach of Mazatlan, On Stone Island we rented ATV's and went for a very long ride down the beach. It really was fun.
