One of Puerto Vallarta's many statues, it depicts a boy riding a giant sea horse while waving to passers-by.

Loved the history behind the piece. We visited during the day time and was just as pretty. Definitely a must see when visiting Puerto Vallarta.

We enjoyed our city tour with Alfernando. He shard a lot of information about the culture and city. So glass blowing shop, homemade candy and tequila tasting!

Large, cut out blocks spelling out "Puerto Vallarta" are now at the base of the caballito statue. I have not decided whether I like it or not. In any case Puerto Vallarta would not be the same without this particular statue!
