Not quite as good as last time, but still loved it.

After visiting the year before with my wife we decided to take our kids. The ride out wasn't quite as much fun as last time. The size of the group was smaller then last time... read more

My friend and I broke apart from our husbands for this horseback riding tour - we were told to tell the Taxi driver to take us to La Collage and that he would know exactly where that was. We were not told we would be dropped off in from of an abandoned building, chains on the doors, broken windows, graffiti... More

After visiting the year before with my wife we decided to take our kids. The ride out wasn't quite as much fun as last time. The size of the group was smaller then last time which made for a more personal feel. The horse ride was awesome, even the same horse as last time. We also chose to do the... More

We had an interesting day at Rancho Capomo. First, we were told to wait outside a sketchy, abandoned night club that had overgrown weeds, trash, and few places to sit out of the hot sun until the driver showed up to pick us up. My first suggestion would be to pick a different meeting place, we were very nervous after... More

Sergio "Mr. Clean" was magnificent! Beyond friendly and kept the fun facts coming to make the 45 minute drive from the resort to the ranch enjoyable. Sergio also took time to drive us through Los Palmos which is the local town just below the ranch. By the end of the air conditioned ride, you'll be a movie buff and know... More

OK we got picked up by "Mr. Clean" Sergio. We were told to wait in front of a abondened nightclub. He shows up and puts us on a small van that has some awesome A/C going on, that's about it to begin with. The drive to Rancho Campomo was pleasant Sergio explained a lot of things about people, food, culture,... More

My wife and I spent part of the day on the ranch. And I must say the hospitality is A++ with everyone there!! They let us do a little of everything there. It started with a horseback ride to a waterfall, and then about 8 different ziplines, and an ATV tour. Finally they fed us some amazing food and drinks.... More

We went on the waterfall ride as a family of rank beginners. Sergio made the 30minute ride to the ranch funny and entertaining. It broke the ice nicely and allowed the bunch of strangers in the van to be quite chatty by the time we arrived. The personnel at the ranch and those guiding the ride were amazingly helpful and... We visited Rancho Capomo in August while we visited Nuevo Vallarta. We met Sergio at a designated spot than we drove to Rancho Capomo for about 45 Minutes. Once we got there we were fitted with a helmet and matched up with a horse. All the horses seem to be well taken care of and seem docile. We rode the... More

The drive to this place is beautiful. When you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and quickly mount up on your horses. They seemed well fed and this place is closed for 2 days a week, so perhaps the horses may get enough rest. However, I can't in good conscience recommend it as my horse did not seem to... More

So we got picked up by Mr Clean (our guide) @ the Splash Inn. I was immediately given the name "Big Foot" because, well... I'm 6'5" and pretty darn big! Lol. The trip started off with a fun drive- yes, our guide made driving streets, into the mountains on winding roads fun!!! We saw mexican eagles, "pumas" and more;) Then... More
