Here they can enjoy a good plate of Birria, which is a typical dish of Jalisco. The flavor of this place is unique. Also if you prefer you can enjoy a good "mole verde" or "cochinita pibil".

I love birria, and had looked forward to eating it in the region where it was first created—Jalisco. Birrería La 9 Esquinas was a very good place to enjoy this dish of spiced, slowly cooked goat meat. The restaurant is charming, the service o.k, and the birria was very good. There are also some excellent salsas. (Contrary to what is... More

Really nice place great people and 9 Esquinas birria was delicious, the best thing to cure a hangover for sure. My friends and I visit after new years eve, a lot of the stores where close but the restaurant thankfully was open and it was pack but we got a table right away. I really recommend to stop at this... Prices were affordable and food was tasty. We came across the "Las nueve esquinas" restaurant and decided to get in and try the food. It was tasty for sure and good value for the price you pay. We had birria, brased lamb, and freshly squeezed juices. All worthy!

This is some of the best birria (Jalisco's traditional goat stew) that I've ever had, and I go back often for both the food and the authentic atmosphere. It's easily walkable from the Centro Historico. There's a big late lunch business crowd here, so go before 1 or after 3! See more restaurant photos and learn more about the surrounding... More

Birria 9 sequin is a great restaurant. Unfortunately it is here under sights rather than restaurant so you might miss it. Borrego is delicious.

I came with my mom and my brother. We had 4 different items with sides. Everything was very tasty. The beans had lots of flavor. I've been in Guadalajara for 3 days and this is the best food I've had so far!
