We enjoy attending mass at the XVII church on Sundays at the 6 PM mass, since we arrive around noon to enjoy seeing the many local painters works in the San Angel park, as well as the many artisans stalls and mutitude of shops in the area.

“Oasis of calm away from the art market”

Parroquia is an attractive former convent a block off the art market. It has a pleasant courtyard. The church itself is attractive. Not worth a drive from downtown unto itself, but definitely worth a short stroll from the Plaza.
