This is a must to walk around in Mexico city. There are lots of only walking streets. Lots of stores, restaurants, bars. Better during the day rather than the night.

The area is full of restaurants, bars and the like but that's about it. There is nothing special about the place and compared to other cities around the world is just average.

I enjoyed the walking streets and the fact that there is another one being finished now. Lots of fast food places and coffee shops and restaurants. In evening there was street performances. I wasn’t there late at night though. I actually liked the Condessa more...More

Zona Rosa used to be one of the better neighborhoods but over the years it has seen considerable decline. What were once authentic Mexican dining establishments like Fonda el Refugio have given way to fast food joints and rowdy clubs/bars. The very nice boutiques that...More

We enjoyed walking through this neighborhood. We felt safe during the day and would walk from our Hotel and visit the different shops and restaurants. I not sure if we would walk around at night but during the day everything seemed fine.

As a single older lady, I felt quite at home here. There are plenty of police around (there are a coupleof police stations there), lots of people going about their business, many gay couples enjoying walking around together hassle free. It's a bit dusty at...More

Wasn't a huge fan at first but as I spent more time here this neighborhood really started growing on me. Lots of dining, drinking, and entertainment options to keep you occupied. Pretty clean and seemingly safe area too.

To start, the main pedestrian street is under major construction so everything is torn up. There are mostly cheap stores there and a bunch of bars that cater to the young and rowdy crowd. Had a drink at a roof deck bar and was ready...More

This place is full of little bars and U.S.-based chain restaurants where tourist-hipsters can stroll around in their scarfs, skin tight jeans, and thick rimmed glasses trying to look unique and special. If you're looking for a great neighborhood to stay in during your vacation,...More
