This museum is definitely worth a stop on your way to the Cathedral and other large attractions. It is free admission, and the sculptures are magnificent. Not necessarily of interest to children - but if they love sculpture they might enjoy these works. I took...More

Cuevas was one of the leaders of an art movement in the fifties, La Ruptura, which broke with the tradition of overtly political art of the post-revolutionary era. Other than that, there's really not much reason to visit unless you're an art history major.
