This is no ordinary museum instead extra ordinary. Expect to walk quite a it because there is a lot to see. Gives a superb overview of the history of Central/South Americas. Definitely worth the visit!

This was the last stop on the 4 hour walking tour we took (as a group). Enjoyed my time there but wish we would have spent more time viewing the different eras of Mexico. Fascinating place (both architecturally and historic wise)

Before a trip to Mexico City, get familiar with Mexico’s history. History is made alive here with well thought out presentations and relevant quotes of wisdom inscribed on walls.

I spent over 3 hours here, however, you really need much more! Make sure you do both floors, if possible. The museum is sectioned ... Taotihucan, Aztec and Mayan history and artifacts... absolutely wonderful. You can spend time, just processing the Aztec sun stone .....More

The English speaking your was probably one of the guided museum experiences I have ever had. She was articulate informative and highly knowledgeable and touched key points. I would encourage you to do this.
