On the corner of a busy area, the building is easy to miss. If you are in the area, take a few minutes to observe the details of the tiling.

The story of the place is pretty nice, as is the restaurant and decor. When you're in the area, walk in and grab a cup of coffee.

The two facades of this building are decorated with old decorative tiles. It is worth a visit but please note that the inside is filled with commercial outlets, so you only have to see it from the street. Do not miss

I find this building iconic, and beautiful to see. However do not attempt to eat at the restaurant, and not to mention the store that is there is horrible.

The restaurant is an average Sanborns with good customer service. What really steals your attention is the arquitecture and the history behind this building.

Do not miss this very interesting large building. The outside is covered in tiles, the inside is now a department store.

The casa de los azulejos is a must-see in Mexico City. It's unusual exterior design is surmounted even by the interior with the dazzling café and impressive staircase.
