Pulque is an interesting and delicious low-alcoholic fermented drink made from maguey (agave) plant. This museum is situated above a pulque bar, allowing you to sample this drink before or after visiting the museum.
While not large, the museum goes over the history of pulque, including the several times that governments attempted to tax or control it. While the descriptions for the entire museum are in Spanish, using Google translate could be useful.

The museum is very small but for what it costs it is good and you can have a good time reading what it says. If you go to drink pulque first, they give you a discount so that you only pay 15 pesos for the museum.
I paid 30 and they gave me a trial of any flavor. Then I tried the cheese pulque and I loved it. The small size costs 40 pesos, the service is friendly.
There is no parking but I found it easy on the next street with a voluntary cooperation come comes. Yes I recommend.
