See the whole city at once. We did lunch in the restaurant which was fabulous - the honey glazed salmon was spectacular with a bottle of white zinfandel - then drinks at the bar and then an awsome view from the top of the building.

Great view of the skyline but its $4 entry.Why not just go up to the bar one floor below the observation deck, its free if you buy a drink for $4

Great view, but the windows are dirty from the smog. Go up in the afternoon of a day when it rained in the morning. Also dont pay for the observation tower, go to the bar one floor below for a drink instead
