While most people find comfort on beaches and whatnot, a temple of and to books is my idea of perfection. Free to enter and great for leg workouts, I was so happy to be able to spend some time here.

This is one of the most beautiful libraries we have ever been to. The design and structure of the offset levels make it look like something out of a fairy-tail. Well worth the trip if you have time to visit while you are in Mexico...More

From the moment you enter this space, it feels like you're stepping onto a Borg ship from the Star Trek series. Modern in its design, the designer has lifted the books off of the floor and suspended them in midair. If you're an architecture fan,...More

Depending on traffic, 10 to 30 min, it is relatively close by. You can take an Uber or a taxi, and don't forget to walk by the murals in the avenue right next to the Biblioteca.

Not really. There is a metro and metrobus stop right outside. Other options are the ubiqitous, dirt-cheap Mexico City taxis or just grab a Uber. It is not super close to Condesa but should not take too long.
