This is a much simpler church than the big cathedrals. In the patio in front are little shops that sell a variety of ices and sherbets. Often there is a band of some sort and people dancing.

This is a Nice Church but it is a little but far from the rest of the tourist places, so if you have time visit, if not you won't miss much.

Beautiful cathedral built to pay homage to the Virgen de la Soledad. Recommend taking guided tour to learn the story of how it came to be built.

Oaxaca is a treasure trove of sites and opportunities to see artisans' works. It is a city that supports and encourages traditional cooking and craft.
