Scam. They promise no waiting which is not true after 25. I can get over that though. On our return they never showed and told me I did not confirm with them. After showing a screen shot of me confirming 4 days prior they switched their story and said "Sorry, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. We suspended the reservation in order to be able to guarantee the service on another date. An apology." We then waited 45 min for another car to come before ordering a not.al taxi to take us before we missed our flight. There are plenty of services our there, skip this one.

We were 8 people. They sent a 7 passenger vanto pick us up. And on the way back to the airport i specifically said we didnt fit and we needed a bigger vehicle and still didnt listen. I also required a booster for my chinldren and they didnt provide that. So if you are paying for transportation of 8 people or more save your money and look elsewhere.

After making reservation for a transfer at midnight on 8/30/23 and confirmed by phone with Eliud Vazquez (office representative), after we arrive to the airport we contacted them by Whatsapp and they said the unit had a problem and would not be able to provide with the transfer to our hotel. ( see attached image). This is not a reliable company to use, they left us stranded in the middle of the night to the mercy of the taxi available that , of course given the situation, they took advantage of us overcharging whatever they wanted.

We used a new transport company, MEETPLAYA. Great communication. Excellent vehicle, driver. Met us with our name on a sign even after our plane was delayed. Cold water (gratis), cold beer (pre-ordered and cheap). AC, music designed to our preference. Will definitely use them again.

Shuttle was 20minutes late. It was schedule to pick us up at 3:30am, had to send 3 members of my family in taxi because I was afraid to miss the flight, I waited and shuttle arrived at 3:50am. I called customer service and they kept putting me on hold and hang up on my 3 times. They never gave me any answer.

Do not be fooled by this website’s lower price for ground transportation. You will end up paying a lot more to get where you need to and the company will do nothing to make up for it.
Not only did they leave me stranded at the airport with no way of getting to my hotel (the airport staff confirmed their representatives had left the premises way before my scheduled arrival), but to make matter worse, they refused to refund the cost of the transportation, which I obviously had to pay in advance, when the service was not provided.
My flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:30pm and the airport staff (including the OFFICIAL ground transportation supervisor on call) confirmed they had not seen a representative from eTransfers on site since way before 10:00pm. I strongly advice not to book with this company if you want to get to your destination.
Not only was their service not fulfilled, but their support staff seems to be EXPERTLY trained in making excuses for their bad (or complete lack of) service, instead placing the blame on their customers as opposed being helpful or remorseful. When I called the support line, I waited on hold for over 40 minutes before speaking to a human being who did nothing other than cite their terms and conditions and said there was nothing to be done. The representative actually felt bad and did apologize and expressed how sorry he was over the terrible situation I’d been put in but still, reluctantly, did let me know that the company would probably do everything in their power to avoid making it right and would fight any attempt made on my part to get a refund.
The following day, GEROM S (who handled my follow up email) basically confirmed what the phone representative mentioned and did absolutely nothing to correct the situation, citing again their T&Cs and straight up lying about having someone there waiting to provide the service when there clearly wasn’t.
DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY’S SERVICES unless you want the possibility of being left out in the cold. Save yourself the headache. Their staff are experts at stonewalling and deflecting blame for poor service. I eventually paid twice the rate (once with them and once more with the on-site taxi company that eventually did provide the service at an overly inflated price given the “after hours” time of my arrival).
Attached are pictures of their email response as well of the receipt for what I had to pay a different company ON TOP of what I had already paid eTransfers for the same service.

We are very sorry for the situation of what happened, at the time the confirmations were sent to you, with the arrival instructions and even a photo of the meeting point.
The person you mention as an airport supervisor does not exist, the airport does not have personnel to do that, surely it was an outsider who lied to you and although we are very sorry, we have no relationship with those people who act in this way.
We have hundreds of reservations daily and at all hours and 99.99% of them arrive at our meeting point and transportation is provided correctly and when they require additional assistance, in the confirmation that is sent there is a telephone number for messaging WhatsApp where we assist passengers 24/7. And we didn't get any messages from you asking for assistance either, so that made it even more difficult for us to help you.
Although we understand your inconvenience and apologize for all the inconvenience, we want to make it clear that this situation was beyond our control.

ve used this company 3 times now. I will not use anyone else in Mexico. They have been reliable and punctual . They are always on time and text me with updates. The cars are nice clean and air conditioned. If you opt in for the premium they will even give you a beer or water and make a store stop. Great company. A+
