We visited Tulum, Chichen Itza, and swam in a cenote with Miguel from Alma tours. He was a great guide. My family spans the LDS spectrum in its relation to the LDS church and I was concerned that the religious explanations would be overbearing for...More

It gets really hot and there is hardly any shade at Chichen Itza. So bring sunscreen and clothes for the heat. You will also need to bring a swimsuit and towel for the cenote.
