Turtles and rays and sharks. Oh my!

The reefs in Cozumel are in great shape with stunning coral and wildlife. Congrats to Mexico for preserving this natural treasure

I found the shallower dives on Palancar reef to be dull, certainly nothing to the hype that Cozumel diving receives. Palencar Gardens and Palencar horseshoe were better dives.

Have dove this reef several times over the last couple years - always a blast! The bast part about this reef is there is so many different pieces you can enjoy both deep and shallow spots.

My husband and I have been diving here for years. The reef is healthy and the water is clear. I highly recommend it.

Went to Palancar with the snorkel excurion from Nachi Cocom. Great snorkeling but get a good operator with a small group and arrive earlier during peak times....it can get crowded with lots of boats.
