Nice one! The beach is quite, isolated, not hotels around. and a big area to swim and enjoy snorkeling.

Panchito, the Chac-Choc snorkeling guide, was handing out life vests toall the participants and asked if I had snorkeled before. To which I truthfully replied, “Many times.” 50 minutes later I had to admit that I was mistaken—THIS was snorkeling at its finest. A variety...More

I can’t say enough about this reef. Wow would be an understatement. I’ve snorkeled this and Columbia reef’s but this trip I got to dive on Palancar Gardens. Stunning. The flora and fauna are spectacular. If in Cozumel, you must see these reef’s if even...More

Beautiful formations over a fairly extensive area. It has cathedral ceilings and swim throughs. We saw nurse and reef sharks, majestic turtles, sting ray, spotted drum, groupers and a wide variety of marine life.

Go to the bar, park and then go on the left side of the bar and you will find a beautiful and almost virgin beach! Good place to do some snorkelling for free.

We did several dives at palancar and were amazed by the coral formations and all the beautiful fish.

This place makes for a great first dive of the day. Large formations with corals and no current. Lots of swim throughs.

I have been diving for over thirty years and this reef is top of my list. Cozumel is my favorite dive destination and this reef is always a must

There are areas of Seagrass... unsure what would constitute an “issue”... Also not sure the restaurant has a name :-)

We use Chichicharters for our trips but we like to be alone. Almost all the resorts offer a charter just ask they when you arrive and tell them where you want to go. Or go to chichi Carter's web site
