Palancar Reef is teeming with life. I dove with Sand Dollar and had an excellent experience. Lion fish, turtles, eels and sharks.

Marginal snorkeling. Do not know about tours. Check out Sea Robin dive company.

I think what you’re looking for is actually a dive shop. Most of them will take trips out with snorkelers and divers. Check websites. Some locations like paradise Reef are great for snorkeling and diving, however if you go... More

I didnt even notice any seagrass. Im a new diver and i was just getting used to the strong currents! But the waters were gorgeous!
