I did the discover scuba dive in this reef. It is for beginners, no deeper than 12 meters. It has good visibility, lots of marine life. The reef is in the southwest shore of the Cozumel Island and is popular for beginner's dives.

Went with Blue Angel dive shop. Very professional. Norman was the dive master. There were so many beautiful things to see. Can't wait to come back

Drift dive on a beautiful reef with lots of coral and sea life. Fish were of varying sizes and end of dive was punctuated by the siting of a manta ray with a 6-8 foot span. Very impressive and fun place to dive.

Sea was rough at this time but visibility was fine. Saw a great variety of fish but the area is busy with cruise boat customers. Try to go when there is no boat in town.

After the construction of the huge international cruise ship pier and all the cruise ship traffic since, there is not much left to see of this once gorgeous reef that was teeming with colourful tropical fish & coral. The debris stirred up by the ships,...More

This reef is closer in to shore and is really crowded at night. That said, there were lots of really pretty marine life at night with octopus, eel, basket stars, and crabs. Still, the tons of lights all around made for an anxious dive and...More
