We swam with the dolphins. Very fun experience. Need to do it if you are there. We were staying at a resort so we didn't stay at the park. Looked like you could spend all day there. Wonderful beach and snorkeling available.

Taxi takes US dollars, You can stroll on your own. Tequila tasting wasn't open when we were there. There are lockers to store things, or change into/out of your bathing suit.

You'll have plenty of time. we did the dolphin and manatee experience at 1, and had time for lunch after as well as stop by the supermarket on the way back and walk around the shopping area by the ship.
