Definitely have one of the guides take you around and tell you about the history of that part of the world! We had Felipe and he was amazing: Knowledgeable, kind, funny. We also swam with the Manatees here and that was such a special experience. (These are not animals trapped from the wild. They have been raised here.) The beaches... More

19 year old daughter did the Ultimate Dolphin Swim encounter and loved it. Was exactly as advertised. No hidden fees, and got to do everything as advertised. Included admission, beach access, and buffet a nice benefit to have. Save a little money and book through a third party Cozumel Excursion company and save 40% off cruise or park posted prices.... We have been to Chankanaab several times and it has always been wonderful. You go into the water via steps along the shoreline and are immediately surrounded by tropical fish. There are multiple shops to rent equipment (they are negotiable) and there are wait staff available to order food and drinks if you want. The park is a short cab... More

Absolutely loved the dolphin swim and to see and touch the manatees. Lunch included was okay, too "American" but I guess they have to cater. Disappointed by the cost of the pictures. Outrageous!

The whole family swam with the dolphins. Unfortunately they would not let us bring our camara along but told us they would take the pictures for us. To our surprise they wanted $40 per picture per person. We're a family of 5, so that would have been $200. What a joke!!!!!! They should have let us know the scam prior... More

Our time at the Chankanaab Beach Adventure Park was fun, interesting and educational. The children (ages 14 and 15) really enjoyed the swim with the Manatees and all of us - 3 adults and the two children found the swim with a Sea Lion (Luna) was a great adventure. Our Sea Lion leader was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He... More

We went to the Chankanab Park. The park has restaurants and several concessions for zip lining, dolphin swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The cabanas are equipped and available for all visitors at no extra fee. The restaurants deliver the food to your cabana. There is also a swimming pool and a shallow beach area for children. The park has one... More

On Tuesday, June 23rd, we visited the park with our two children and two nieces during a layover while on a Carnival Cruise for a total cost of about $750,00. The excursion started off great (other than the heavy downpour), with reliable transportation and a welcoming tour guide. We arrived at the park and were informed about what was included... More

We were here 22 years ago on a day trip from Cancun. At that time we snorkeled, walked the botanic gardens, and had lunch. Since then we have become divers and wanted to experience the dive site here. It is definitely a family orientated place; lots of things to do for all ages, interests. Our main purpose this day was... More

Loved the time with the dolphins. It was the highlight of our Caribbean cruise. It was everything we expected it to be. The picture/ sales scheme is everything they warned you it would be too. Wow! Be prepared to shell out the equivalent to a Senior Photo album.
