We LOVED the ease and experience of our day at Mr. Sanchos! The commute from the cruise port to the resort was easy peasy! Rates were posted and the taxi desk attendants found the right size vehicle for our party. Check-in was easy since we’d pre-booked through Trip Advisor. We were taken to a table that was ours for the day and introduced to our waiters, who were so fun and personable! They gave us a tour of the property and made sure we had drinks promptly. The property was beautiful, clean, and had it ALL! The food was delicious. We ordered from the menu, and spent the majority of the day in the pool with the swim up bar. We enjoyed everything about this experience and highly recommend it!

This was our first time at Mr. Sancho’s and we had an awesome time. Aldo our waiter was very nice and helpful, always checking on us for drinks and food. The massage with Alva was great. Definitely would go back again with friends and family.

Very enjoyable resort on a Pleasant beach. Usually not very crowded. Well not as nice as I remembered in pastures. Certainly still a very pleasant experience. There are some private cabanas which I would consider if your budget allows this. The food is of good quality and we’ve had no problems with that.

What’s that saying - when one door closes, another opens? When we cruise, we’ve always just gone to another beach club, paid the admission and paid cash for a bit of food and called it a day. This year, that clubs website said that if you didn’t reserve an all inclusive, you ran the risk of them selling out and not admitting you as a cash pay. While I hemmed and hawed, they filled up on all inclusive reservations too! I looked around, saw this club and saw that they were full too! (There were 8 ships scheduled in port that day.). I emailed several clubs, hoping for a wait list or a cancellation and Mr Sanchos replied that they had recently opened their casitas - a higher end and more expensive product, but one with availability on my date. Seeing no other options, I bit the bullet and paid, regretting that my procrastination cost me the ability to book an all inclusive day for half that Well, this was a blessing in disguise. Our day was AMAZING!!!!! We would absolutely book the casitas again in the future. We would book a cruise with a Cozumel stop solely to get to come here again. In was that good. The service was insanely attentive. Every time you turned around someone was asking if you needed more to drink or eat. I regret that I can’t call out any particular server for praise because there were several and they were all awesome. The food was top notch. The drinks were great! The private casita was amazing. We had plenty of comfortable space, reserved chairs at the water front, umbrellas and towels. It was calm, peaceful and not crowded which was a contrast to the regular part of the club which was busier. We absolutely loved this. Highly recommend!

This is not our first time here! Our family and friends love this place too. In November 2023, we had EZEE as our server, person, friend, you name it! He did everything to make our visit fun! Professional, kind, outgoing, knowledgeable of the menu and drinks! Ezee, we’ll see you again soon!!!

I don’t even know where to begin! We heard about this place from an acquaintance who stayed at their spa suites overnight and I kept it in mind while planning our anniversary trip. We are so glad we picked this resort. We had an experience of a lifetime! They treat you like royalty and everyone who we came in contact with were wonderful. The food and drinks were also amazing and very accommodating for gluten free. More than highly recommend the spa suite experience, you won’t regret it!!

We had a great time at Mr Sancho’s! We visited from the RCCL Wonder of the Seas last week. The food was great and the drinks were too. The bartenders (Valentin and his crew were the best!) and servers (Limbert and Armando) go above and beyond to take care of you. We had a great little table beachfront that was in the shade and a great breeze! My kids stayed mostly at the swim up bar though! They learn your name, they learn your drink….they earn your business! I made sure I tipped them well, as we did keep them busy all day :) BTW, it’s a safe and simple 10 min taxi ride from the port and back…$20-30 or so. There are tons of the red/white taxis at the port and at Mr Sanchos so no problems finding a way. The beach was really nice, a bit rocky so water shoes would be helpful. No vendors on the beach bothering you either. My wife went snorkeling w a family member and had a great time in the beautiful waters. My daughters went horseback riding with Ernesto and had a fabulous time. It’s a great experience overall and one that we have done several times over the years and it only gets better. We have truly never had a bad experience here!

A short $10 taxi ride from the cruise port and we were at our private cabana since we opted for the romantic day for two. The food was pretty good, the service was excellent and although we only had a few beers, you could drink a much as you want from their limited bar menu. The adults only pool was just right in terms of noise level and not too crowded. Our one suggestion is for that much money towels and pillows for the cabana should have been included.

My family and I recently paid for a day pass for Mr. Sanchos Beach Club. We had a great time relaxing by the beach. The staff took really good care of us the entire time we were there. There are plenty of activities for families to do. However, you will have to get there early to beat the crowd of cruise ship passengers to all of the activities, and to find seating. I would highly recommend this beach club to everyone!

Second time visiting Mr. Sanchos, and another fantastic time! Carlos, Jose, & Adrian took care of our family like we were their own. Food was good, the campus was very clean, amenities were great, could not be more pleased!
