Wasn’t sure what to expect . You drive a couple miles .. past beautiful water . Stop at a small museum and some small ruins, lighthouse , there is a few locals with things to sell , tequila tasting etc . We walked down a path toward a small croc pond.. saw a few iguanas /Birds etc . Drive a couple more miles to the restaurant /beach area. Took a pontoon ride to see crocs and learn about the area . ( free with admission). Walker over to beach area and got a beer bucket .. swam in water . So pretty . You can spend all day here and have lunch . It the most beautiful beach on the island !

Inexpensive, you should give it a go. The views from the lighthouse were absolutely gorgeous! There are many species of flora and fauna that are only found on Isla Cozumel. Find out what they are.

This place deserves a stop if you are touring the island! its $16 per person to enter and its a 6 mile drive along the ocean to the beach, 3 miles to lighthouse stop, 3 more miles to beach and restaurants. beach has chairs and cabanas along with a very calm snorkel beach that is MASSIVE. you can eat on site and spend a whole day here.

Climb to top of lighthouse was easy enough (52 & 55) and the view was beyond worth it! Adrianna, our guide with Cozumel Cruise Excursions did an excellent job educating us on the lighthouse, ruins, and beautiful coast.

Not for thrill seakers, but the sand is some of the best ever and the water is crystal and more calm than some swimming pools. If you rent a car, it is well worth it. It is about 30 minutes off the main road which is a plus or minus, but you need to be ready for the long I paved road.
