Absolutely stunning views across the Caribbean Sea. Best way to get here is to rent a golf cart. You can walk along the side of the cliffs on a designated pathway. Bring lots of suncream, a hat and water. There is not much shade. This...More

Beautiful and great restaurant on-site. Good servers and hosts. Decent drinks. Adequately supplied store on site. But the hours of operation need to be extended.

While on Isla Mujeres for the day, we took a trip in the golf cart to the most southern part, Punta Sur. The view is amazing, there is a small ruin at the point of the island, and a pathway to go down to the...More

You will be inspired by the beautiful coastline and the crystal clear blue ocean. It is easy to imagine how the island must have looked before settlement.

We rented a golf cart for approximately 700 pesos and drove around the entire island which is easily done because of the size. The island is so beautiful. The sculpture garden at Punta Sur was interesting and only a small fee was required to enter....More

A magical point on the southern tip of the island. Great location for sunrise viewing. The ruins of Ixchel, a Mayan temple behold a hidden path that leads to the waters edge. A metal sculpture garden s nice but needs some updating?

I rode my bike down here today, I'm glad I read previous reviews recommending this spot, it really is a great place to admire the southernmost point in Mexico. Pay the fee to go down the cliff, it's very worth it. Beautiful and magical place...More

Go past Garrafon park a bit and you will see a sign for Acantilado restaurant. Just walk in! We went around 6:30 last night and it was closed but no one paid attention. Beautiful at sunset!

We booked our golf cart when we arrived on the island and paid $45/day. No advance notice needed. Yes to walk all the way out to the southern point it is $3, however some of it is free.
