We stayed there many years ago at the hotel next door. I'm wondering if that hotel is still open. The hotel accomodations were not very good but the pool and beach were amazing. Loved taking golf cart around the island. Very relaxing vacation.

We come here every time we visit the island! It's such a unique experience! You can go through the main building to the beach in the back, have a seat, and enjoy the experience! I highly recommend ordering the whole fish. It will come with...More

This is a small area of beach where you can hang out, eat, and if you like, get into the water with live Nurse sharks and get a picture taken with them. Not expensive for pictures, and they will also take them with your own...More

We came here to get off the water during a storm, I haven't been here in close to a decade but the food was some of the best we had the entire vacation. The restaurant was packed with locals, so I knew it was going...More

Salomon and Miguel will make you feel very safe and relaxed at this tour. They even assist with young children who were scared of the water.

We spent an afternoon here after hearing the rave reviews about the tic n xic (Mayan grilled fish). It did not disappoint! The fish is moist and tender and deliciously seasoned with Mayan spices. Bring your appetite because the portions are more than generous! The...More

I stopped by this beach on a paid snorkeling tour and overall it was ok. Swimming with nurse sharks was something I wanted to do while in the area but other locations are significantly more expensive. While the pen is on the small side, the...More

We were at the beach on an excursion that included lunch. Our grilled fish lunch was awesome. The nurse sharks are kept in a small pen with little swim room, and it seems kind of cruel, considering the size of sharks and their nature.
