This was truly an amazing and beautiful experience! It is so cool to walk and swim through the caves while learning about them. I was in awe of how big this cave system is and all that is still yet to be discovered within it....More

We had a great time with our guide Julian, who spoke both English and Spanish. He was funny, informative and helpful. The tour itself was beautiful, not tough physically (Palacio tour). You get all equipment there. My only critic is the photos- a Professional photographer...More

This is a very cool experience. You have to be able to climb up and down some very rocky steps. You are also going to have to swim in the water in the caves. It's not too cold, it actually feels good after walking down...More

We had a blast on this trip. Others comment on the van ride/rough road but it isn't too bad. The caves were awesome, the water was cold and refreshing. And the meal afterward was excellent, authentic Mexican food. All around a great trip.

We arrived at reception and it seemed as though the staff didn’t really have a grasp of what was going on. We were moved from an English speaking group to a Spanish group, and as we don’t speak Spanish, the guide had to repeat everything...More

Amazing things to see, and lots to do. Not the best park in the area though. Getting help and directions I thought was lacking and attitude was not always the best.
