Mexico is not expensive, we stay at the Moon Palace resorts in October and sometimes in August off season so better deals. All excursions are reasonable and affordable, plus the dollar goes a long way there

Our guide had us close our eyes and said a few words inside the cave . Very brief . Funny thing is that you can see more with your eyes closed than with your eyes open when you turn off your flashlights for the ritual .
