We had pre-booked our tickets online and arrived nice and early. My husband had lost our GoPro camera the day before so we were so disappointed as we wanted to take many photos. Luckily the park has a photo package for around $80USD that we purchased. We received wrist bands each and could scan them all around the park and... More

More expensive than Disney World, but swimming in an underground river sure is amazing. There are 3 ways to swim, we did two since it takes an hour to do one. The night-time show is very impressive, I wish I knew more about the Mexican culture to understand it better. The audience got it, but as an American I didn't.... More

This place is very well done. I read many reviews before going and it's definitely a hit or miss depending on who you are. I really enjoyed my day there and they have a lot of great additional activities to do. The river is s must!!! I also really liked snorkelling in the ocean and the turtle area. If you... More

There are no words to describe this place. Just allow me to confirm it is a mandatory stop if you are staying anywhere in the Riviera Maya area!

So much to do for kids. We all walked around smiling from ear to ear or in awe the entire day. Stay late the shows at night are spectacular. Food is great and our kids got to snorkle for the first time in a protected area and then had the confidence to go in the open ocean afterwards.

The park is great, a bit pricey but well worth it. The underground river and snorkelling are a must. You can't take your own sun cream in if its not bio, they lost mine however replaced it, so not really a bother. Well worth a visit.
