About
This beautiful swimming hole is an easy day trip from Playa del Carmen and a quieter alternative to other cenotes in the area like Cenote Azul or Cenote Jardin del Eden. The waters aren't deep, so it's a great option for families looking to cool off from the Mexican heat; life jackets are also included in the entry fee. There's also a small cliff that the more daring can cliff jump off of. You can experience Cenote Cristalino, along with other swimming holes in Riviera Maya, on a cenote tour, which often includes admission and pick-ups from your hotel in Cancun. – Tripadvisor

    My favorite Cenote!
This facility is very clean, there are dressing rooms, and a small food store with fresh cocos among other food. Lifeguards really attend their job. It has lockers, the life vests are clean and in good shape. The cenote is easy to enter for older people. Friendly staff. Don't forget your identification to get a discount if you are Mexican. Bring cash. I highly recommend it.

    Clean and safe
We took a colectivo from outside our hotel to this lovely cenote. In our experience this small complex is nicely organised, clean and safe. The water is clear and refreshing. There are little fish that nibble at your feet. It is very easy to spend a morning here exploring and jumping off a 3 meter high platform. It was quiet at 9am but got comfortably busy by noon. Well worth a visit.

If you don't swim that well, you can still have a lot of fun here
We went to Cenote Cristalino. This is my first time go to a Cenote and I'm very happy that we did it. The water was blue and clear and there are tons of little fish swimming around. We went there around 11 on a Saturday, and it's not very crowded. There's a little shop there selling some snack, but if you want to stay longer, you should bring some food. You can rent snorkeler, underwater phone case, locker for 100 MXN. They have chair too, but you can rent it near the Cenote. Make sure you have cash because they don't take credit card.

    Beautiful cenote
Easy 10 min walk from Barcelo resort, great area for kids, group of 8 cost $100 USA which included life jackets. Saw variety of fish and huge iguanas. Went early when they opened at 8am not crowded. Had ladders and rock ledges for easy access. A cave to explore and cliff jumping. Highly recommend.

    Cute
Cute little attraction. Water is clear and fresh. Let the fish nibble on your legs. It feels like little fish kisses. You can jump off a platform into the water and you can swim around in the cave-like rock features. Having your own snorkel gear was handy. About $12 US to get in. We walked over from our resort, the Barcelo Maya Beach.

Stunning cenote with fish and mangrove but go early
We went early and had it all to ourselves at first (go here early). There was lots of fish there and mangrove forest with lots of birds. Cliff jump is good (4m jump 3m deep). The cenote has a main area but has smaller pools nearby connected my mangrove. I recommend going here, then Eden cenote, then azure cenote and get there by collectivo.

    Beautiful open cenote with fish
Beautiful place. It was on our bucket list to get to an open cenote while in Playa Del carmen, and we chose this because it has a bit of everything. A jump, a cave, quiet areas, mangrove, but especially the fact that we could get a little snorkeling in. Go early! By noon, it is full of people. Spending a couple of hours is enough here as it isn't that big. It cost us $80 for 6 of us.

Very nice denotes. You can move around between the different pools and spread out. The facilities are good, and the paths spread everyone out. The pricing is fair. The trash is picked up around the pools so they are clean. Plenty of shade in the trees. Overall it is well run and alot of fun.

Brilliant cenotoe with clear water and fish, snorkelling and jumping off the ledge. There is also a cave to swim into if you wish.

What a beautiful cenote. Colors are amazing! I would suggest getting there early. It’s got a part where you can go underneath a cavern and some open swimming areas. They will supply you with a life vest for easy floating around. Snorkeling is also available there. Or you can just bring around swimming goggles, not much to eat or drink on site. But it’s only 200 pesos to get in highly recommended. Water was crystal clear. Three different swimming holes there. I would say you could easily spend two or three hours there. they were a little fish that nibbled at your feet and elbows. We had a great cab driver and he took us to an unbelievable taco place in Playa Del Carmen afterwards. Not fancy but delicious and super reasonable

The view was breathtaking! Whether you are a good swimmer or not, it’s a great place for you to swim, snorkel and just have fun!
They rent equipment. You are welcome to bring your own. They will ask you to shower before entering the water. I’m very happy they care about the environment.
A great place even to walk around. You’ll see a lot of fish, birds and iguanas.
