I have worked with Jelena over the past five years. She is a teacher I continue to come back too. I truly enjoy growing my knowledge of the energy field and expanding my Jedi Skills with her. She is a teacher I have witnessed embodied her own growth and learning, Expanding her skills with The Enlifted Coaching Method - I have felt the deep results of working my stories with her, becoming more aware of my language and internal dialogue. Working your stories and putting pencil to paper is truly BRILLIANT 🙏🏼

Jelena is a really smart and charm. But also strong and perfectionist. She help me to restore my body and change my life. The environment than she creat make the experience in a really healing experience. She knows a lot about what she do (yoga, reiki, coaching, etc) Her point of view about life makes you keep in mind stay present to heal your body. Now my shoulder, knee and stand position are getting better day by day cause her advices. She is a professional

Jelena is s master. The Essential Treatment left me feeling whole, centered, relaxed. A MUST when visiting Tulum. Treat yourself and give yourself a gift of health.

Jelena is a true, embodied healer. I've worked with healers all over the world and my session with her was one of the best! She held a safe space, listened to my specific needs and allowed my body to guide us both towards what I needed most and how to achieve that. I highly recommend her for the 60 or 90 minutes osteopathy session, you will feel lighter and more like your best self when you're done!

Jelena is a genuine energy worker. I could tell right away that she was in a beautiful energy when preparing to do healing work. My wife does energy work as well and she also goes into almost a “no mind” state for the whole day when she is going to hold a session in the evening. Jelena’s state was similar. She is also sweet, kind, genuine and present. I felt the energy in my body during the session and I’m very grateful to have found her.

I went to see Jelena about a nerve impingement and got so much more! Yes, the nerves and the tingling all calmed down but I also learned a ton about breathing, health and so much more. Amazing.

I am so grateful that I found Jelena and was able to get an appointment for the Essential Treatment early in my Tulum vacation.
She listened to me and to my body and provided exactly what I needed to set my trip up for the maximum benefit possible during this getaway!
I was reminded of the importance of breath to manage my health, and learned about some new (to me) breath-work tools she used to break through old damage to my muscles and tendons.
It can be quite a little adventure to find her in the jungle - but it is 100% worth it! She’s amazing!

Look no further than Sanaprana!! Jelena is such an amazing and powerful healer. I received my first reiki session in 2021 and it changed my life!! I came back in 2022 to learn from her. I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you Jelena!!

Everything was perfect! Easy to make an appointment also without telephone. We arranged the therapy via mail and WhatsApp. Jelena is also helpful to get a good taxi driver.
Meeting her was like: „here i am right!“
I felt totally understood and I trusted her from the first moment! I could really recommend her essential treatment! It was easy to follow her instructions ans the best: it worked and I feel very relaxed and without tension. Thank you so much Jelena. It was a pleasure to meet you! …and I really like what you told about gardening in the jungle.

Wasn’t sure what to expect , but was pleasantly surprised from the moment meeting Jelena to the end of my session. Jelena is very kind and knowledgeable about the way the body moves and shifts. She uses this knowledge with breath and pressure to release and align. I was very impressed . Jelena also provided me with some exercises after our session. Will be back every time I find myself in Tulum! 😃
