Tulum Beach is the nicest beach I have ever been to and its not busy, so dont tell everyone about it!! I had a great massage listening to the sound of the waves!! Amazing!!

the road in is very busy with tonnes of people and bicycles. Parking can be a bit tricky to find but worth it. The beach is wide, deep, white and the water is wonderful.

What else do you want, in this tour you have ruins and very nice beach at the same time. The are a few places in the world with this opportunity.

Can I just say one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. Went on a girls trip and had a blast. Got a beautiful tan, friendly people and great food. A must see!!

We did not actually go on the beach, we explored Tulum above. We took a tour and the guide was so knowledgeable. 2014 visit.

The beach is pretty, and the water is warm and green, but thats about it. Not much better than other beaches in the Yucatan, and the sea weed can be obtrusive in its volume here.

It gets very hot in the Yucatan in July (when we visited) but if you stay on the beach side where most of the higher end hotels and restaurants are located it's quite bearable. Amazing food, gorgeous hotels and warm and welcoming people makes this...More

This beach was amazing 2 years ago, but since then, hotels have been taking up the public area piece by piece and there is almost no room for locals to setup on the public side of it. If you try and go to a hotel,...More

There is seaweed but in small increments and not all that much of a problem, depending, of course, whether there's a storm in play. The water, for the most part, is blue/green and clear, although the breaking surf will stir... More

Not much in the way of shells. Mostly, it's just white sand seemingly that goes on forever.
