We had a truly magical couple of nights at Whitewave. The owners were away on holiday when we arrived but Bryn was there, an he was extremely helpful and kind. He gave us a pack of cards when it was blowing a hoolie outside on the first night. He also let us borrow some of his own kindling as we had ran out. Everything was lovely and clean, the views were stunning and a constant supply of hot water! We also seen the Aurora Borealis on the last night! Honestly would book to go back again!

This was our second time climbing with Whitewave and we loved it. Our instructor Bryn was great at keeping us and our boys safe while making it fun. He and Anne were very responsive (we asked for a bit more challenge and Bryn organised additional climbs for us). He was encouraging, great with the boys and generous with his time, giving them extra climbs. Thanks. We'll be back!

A great base from which to explore Skye.
We stayed in an en-suite wigwam and it was perfect. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and cosy. Plenty space and incredible views (with one evening offering the most spectacular sunsets).
We managed to arrive minus bedding, and Anne could not have been more helpful in sorting us out with a cosy duvet, pillows and fresh towels.
In my opinion, this is a really great location with local shops, pubs, and restaurants (some with takeaway) just a short drive away.
Highly recommended!

We stayed in one of the Standard Wigwams for one night. Unlike some of the other wigwams, the Standard ones only have basic amenities (camp-style beds, fridge, electric heater, table) and we used the shared showers, toilet and kitchen. We had to pay extra for a pack of bed sheets and towels.
The parking spot next to each individual wigwam is handy and there is a fire pit in front of each wigwam, which was a lot of fun (you can buy a bag of wood logs for £7).
The kitchen was fairly well equipped, however the hobs are induction hobs and some of the pots in the kitchen were not adapted for induction.
The shared toilet and showers could have been cleaner and better maintained (the showers didn't drain properly).
The area is beautiful and quiet. The camp-beds were comfortable and we slept well. However, overall, the Standard Wigwams weren't good value for money in our opinion.
Our biggest disappointment, however, is that we had booked a kayaking session for the morning a few months prior to our visit and, upon arrival, we found out that the booking had been forgotten and no one had told us the instructor was no longer available and the session was cancelled. We would have appreciated more notice and consideration.

We stayed in the Wee Brave, the smallest wigwam at Whitewave. It was absolutely perfect. The location was extremely convenient for our 24hr trip exploring Skye, and very good value for money. A kettle and a little heater is provided and you can purchase a bedding pack, with linen, pillows and a thick duvet. We found it very warm and cosy! We didn’t try the showers, but they looked decent - just remember an umbrella for the short journey from Wee Brave to the shower building! We had an incredible time and highly recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night but would go back again. The views are magnificent. The wigwam was cosy and there were plenty of facilities for an outdoor experience.

My partners stayed in the larger cabin for 4 days on a work trip, and then the boys and I joined for the weekend. The cabin is cozy and just spacious enough for a family of four (our kids are 10 and 12). Due to the very stormy weather, we ended up spending more time indoors than we had planned. However, the hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—everything short of changing the weather!

Our family had a great time at White Wave activity centre where we learnt how to correctly shoot an arrow at a target board during an archery session. After we had picked up the basics, we had fun competing against each other and loved the chance to score extra points by aiming at strategically placed balloons and a milk bottle. Many thanks to our tutor for making this activity such fun. We all enjoyed ourselves!

Just stopped on the off chance of a shower. Really lovely people and place. Excellently clean. Really good showers. Looks like an amazing place to stay as well with cool huts and a good place for campervan to stop with power. Really cool set up as well! Cheers!
