Donna was very informative of the different regions of Mexico. Mole was never a favorite of mine and she was able to explain why. I learned Verde' mole and the famous Oaxacan Mole. The second is labor intensive but with 7 cooks in the kitchen it was breeze. The beginning to the end of the instruction was thorough and everyone... More

Had the best time. Had hands on cooking and learned about Mexican cooking. Very educational. Will do it again when we return in 2017

This is great hands on cooking school at the instructors home. A hands on class with very traditional Mexican food. Beside learning about Mexican cooking you also learn a lot about the Mexican culture. If you are the first to sign up for a given date you may get to chose the menu for the day. If you are into... We had a great time cooking and eating at Casa de Colores. Had a wide range of ages and all were happy with our class. Definitely recommend and would take another class if I ever return.

We googled what to do in Cabo and casa de colors cooking class came up. We wanted something different, we've done just about everything the is to do in Cabo. Donna did not disappoint! From meeting us right on time...not Mexican time like some tours, to taking the time to get us back to our hotel after class was over.... More

Lovely culinary experience start to finish. Donna was very communicative and provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival for her cooking class. She directed us to meet her at a mall near her home (we were a bit early and had a very nice coffee at one of the shops in the mall), she was punctual and... More

I can't say enough about this cooking class! My friends request for her 40th birthday celebration in Cabo was "Learn how to cook tamalies". So I searched out on TripAdvisor and so glad I found Donna! She is the best host and is 5 stars! We met her at the local mall inside as we got dropped off by a... More

I just took the chili rellenos class with Donna. We stuffed dried chilies with cheese and a delicious plantain filling. We also made the traditional batter fried with poblano chilies. This is the fourth class I have taken. I usually go with my daughter but this time went with my son and husband. My husband is a non-cook but got... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this afternoon in Cabo with Donna! Donna's custom home is as beautiful as it is welcoming. Her knowledge was encompassed with cooking, flavors as well as culture that allowed you to walk away having learned about more than just a recipe. Donna effortlessly executed and delegated throughout the cooking class, without missing a beat... More
