It may have been the time of year when we went. I see the pictures online that others got and I could count on one hand the number I saw when we snorkeled at Pelican Rock. We sat on the rocks there as well and...More

Beautiful view. We sailed past on a sailing/snorkel tour. There are a lot of other boats out here doing the same thing trying to take pictures and get a better view. Good area for snorkeling and diving. A wide variety of fish to see.

We passed by this rock twice by boat and it is part of the wonderful scenery that includes the Arco.

Good variety of marine life, we saw white tip reef sharks, octopus, loads of fish and several types of nudibranches. Also the shifting sands was amazing, at about 40 feet.

This is one of the areas that most dive companies take you to. It is a very good dive site and you should see plenty of marine life around.

Take a glass bottom boat from the marina to lovers beach and they will take you by pelican rock. It is very smelly as it is full of sea lions, but it is very cool to see

Enjoyed our boat ride to this section of lands end. Beautiful experience and water was cold and the breeze cold as air conditioner.

I was just there 2 months ago solo and it was fine. As the person mentioned above, mind your business and stay out of questionable areas. A lot of the crime is gang related and unless you are trying to do some risky "fun... More
