It has been over 20 years since I have visited Straddie but Cylinder Beach is still as beautiful as ever. Glad that we visited in winter as it was as peaceful as I remembered.

Another Straddy island gem - stunning views, great for surfing. Really serene and great for relaxing solo or with the family. Top spot!

Great place to camp, good amenities and safe patrolled beach. Close to shops and a great place to wake up and watch the sunrise

you could take beautiful photos afar as the water looked as blue as ever and to get there you had to cross this pond like thing onto this small island then onto the beach i think the small island looked cute.

Swam, walked, and chilled out here. What a great spot. The view from the rocks - awesome!!!! The lifesavers were friendly and helpful. Loved watching a Nippers carnival.
