Bring your hiking boots as there are many stairs to climb. We went with a group so we got our own travel guide. He was so well versed in the history of the ruins. It was absolutely an amazing experience!!

Very interesting location and history. It can be very hot, take some water. For the most part you are allowed to just roam the ruins as you wish.

When in Zacatecas... make sure you have this stop on your trip. It's very intresting and rich in history. You can climb and explore these ancient pyramids. Definately one of the high lights of our trip.
