The cave at Pac Bo where Ho Chi Minh lived for 3 weeks after returning to the country from a long absence is not the only thing to see there. The cave is small and he lived there for 3 weeks before building a hut to live in. Both the cave and the hut can be visited by climbing about 200 steps up the hillside. Lenin river is also there, a beautiful turquoise color where Uncle Ho used to fish. There is a path that meanders through the area, perhaps over 1 km with some terrific scenery. Within the Pac Bo complex there is the KM ) marker of the Ho Chi Minh Trail and a memorial to Ho Chi Minh. The entrance fee was 20k, and an additional 20k if you want to be driven in the electric car, and picked up later.

This is a place associated with the revolutionary life of President Ho Chi Minh in the early days of returning home to lead the resistance war to regain independence. Pac Bo Cave today attracts a lot of tourists to visit and enjoy the beauty, as well as to commemorate Uncle Ho.
