My partner and I had an awesome afternoon with Rene and Pasquale from Central Surf Shop. They were very patient and attentive to us and helped us both get up on our boards. They also took great care keeping us safe in the water and making sure we didn't stack into other surfers. Best bit was getting to see a... More

Had a great experience learning to surf with Rene. I started with 1 lesson and ended up taking 4 more. He speaks good english and has many years of professional experience to back up his expertise. He took me from not having a hope of standing up to catching waves at the point 🏄👍 I recommend central surf to anyone... More

My girlfriend and I took 2 lessons with Rene and then rented boards from his shop. He was friendly, professional and took the time to direct us to good, beginner waves in town. He provided good quality beginner boards for the lessons, and provided useful feedback to help us catch waves. Both my girlfriend and I had a lot of... More

This surf shop has been a long time in town. Angel the owner and local legend can hook you up with a good surfboard or great info about where to score good waves

My boyfriend and I had so much fun at our first ever surfing lesson through this surf shop. We were the only two people at the lesson, so had lots of time practicing. The teacher did the lesson in English for us. He was very serious, but it was good because it helped us learn and we were standing up... More

After an okay introductory surf lesson we went back to the surf-shop with the surf-boards, checked that everything was fine and got our deposit back. A few hours later they come to our hostel, which was right next door and told us that there were a big scratch in one of the boards and we had to pay for the... More
