My wife went on the Parrsboro Rock and Mineral tour. We both loved the tour and our guide Brian was great. He showed us what to look for and even pointed out specimens for us! I have already cabbed a couple of the smaller stones I picked up and they turned out fabulous. Brian is very knowledgeable of the areas and even gave us directions to another location to hunt.

We are experienced rock hounds, but this was our first trip to the Bay of Fundy and we had no idea where to hunt. We found Fundy Treasure Tours online, and the great reviews encouraged us to sign up for the Gemstones in the rough tour. Our enthusiastic group had a thousand questions, and Brian was a knowledgeable, patient guide. He showed us where, how and when to look for jaspers and agates safely on Fundy’s shores. Brian has lived in the area for most of his life, and his enthusiasm for this beautiful region shows. I’m sure his fossil tours are wonderful as well.

I would recommend bringing along sturdy shoes with ankle support as walking on the shore rocks can be tricky.

Our family just got back from a vacation to Parrsboro. The absolute best part of the trip was our gem and mineral tour with Brian! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about all things gem, minerals and fossils! I originally booked it for our two children (5 and 8) to enjoy, but we had just as much fun as they did! He really made our trip! Our five year old said after the tour, “this is the best tour ever, I love this tour!”. Already planning our next tour with them! Thank you Brian!

I want to do this 2000 more times! That is just what I said to the most amazing geologist in the world, Brian (the guide).I am 9 years old and I LOVE geology. This trip was SO much fun because we (my family and I) got to explore the cliffs of Wasson Bluff. We found rare, pretty, and unusual rocks and minerals, including Agate, Jasper, and some dinosaur bones in the cliffs. We got to collect types of Agate that did not even have a name because it was so recently discovered. Brian has discovered types of Agate and types of dinosaurs. He was SUCH an amazing teacher and he even let us keep some stuff. In conclusion, you should do this tour. It is amazing!!!

Brian was an AMAZING tour guide. His knowledge and passion for fossils and crystals is enthusiastic and contagious--unmatched by anyone or anything I have seen or heard. The tour was well worth the money. In fact, if we had more time, we wouldn't hesitate to take another tour this week--He's that good. Seriously.
We loved that he answered every one of our million questions, and never seemed to be overwhelmed by our curiosity. He really customized the tour by addressing issues that we were interested in. He was an incredible fount of information. Before the tour, we had never heard of him, but we left feeling like we made a friend. This is THE tour to do if you are in the area.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful tour of Wasson's Bluff with Brian Hebert. He was very enthusiastic and was willing to answer all the questions coming from me as a total novice. Initially, my partner was not enthused by the idea of looking at rocks and cliffs for 4 hours, but by the end of the tour, Brian had him fully interested in hunting down minerals. We would never have found any minerals on our own at Wasson's Bluff, let alone know about the significance of the Bluff to geology. We found many samples which Brian gave to us to keep. It would have taken us days to find minerals, so the tour was well worth the time and money.

Brian was an amazing guide - so knowledgeable and passion that was contagious! Although we had a rainy day, we were able to escape to some overhangs to dry a bit and the warm weather made the day enjoyable.

Definitely recommend this tour to anyone, especially if you have children.
