A wonderful relaxing time with some family, and met some new friends. The staff that we knew from previous visits were there and we enjoyed being with them again. Top notch!!!

I spent 1 month in Nuevo Vallarta. The beach is beautiful of course it's not the Caribbean or Bora Bora but the beach is large, long for walks. This is a very clean beach

Instead of the water taxi, we decided to go like the people...by bus. It took us two buses to get down to Puerta Vallarta to shop, but it was an adventure to remember. Loved shops, restaurants and lunch on the beach under a palapa.

Nuevo Vallarta beach it’s a shimmering beach and is very long, also shallow out to the breakwaters but because of the fine shimmering golden sand it’s not your Caribbean blue type sea as it’s churning up all the time by the heavy pounding of the...More

I've walked at night with friends and never felt unsafe. That said we have been advised by locals not to walk at night and to take cabs which are safer.

We've snorkeled at Los Caletas and Marietas Island on tours. They were OK. Not as spectacular as Hawaii or other areas we've snorkeled, but the water is clear and you can see fish and rock formations.
