We decided to use Banff Sedan to take us from Banff to Calgary airport, to have a little luxury as we had eloped a couple of days before. Our driver, Derek, was prompt (actually early, so luggage could be sorted and we could check we had everything, which was great), greeted us with a smile and when we came out of our accommodation with our luggage he congratulated us on our wedding which was lovely, he proceeded to take out (rather heavy) luggage and put it in the car. When booking I chose the Genesis G90, it was spotlessly clean despite the snow and gravel on the roads and when Derek opened the doors for us it was brilliant, the car is so luxurious, perfectly clean inside and incredibly comfortable. Derek drove perfectly, we felt very safe on the journey and he made a great suggestion about a coffee place (Eclipse Coffee) on the way through to the airport, so we stopped there briefly. Derek was bright and chatty and we could have a laugh with him which was great. We couldn’t fault anything at all, next time we are in Banff we will not driving with anyone else, Banff Sedan is the company to use.

Hired a sedan from Calgary to Banff last week with Walter as our driver. Our Air Canada flight was delayed by 2 hours , and we were worried that our driver would leave. We emailed (we are from outside of Canada) Banff Sedan to let them know that we would be delayed - and they were very responsive in letting us know that they would inform the driver

We were delighted to see Walter holding a card with my name on it when we reached the baggage collection area. We found out that he had been waiting for a good 2.5 hours. That spoke volumes of the level of reliability of the service.

The drive itselve was very comfortable - the car we were in was a genesis g90- highly luxurious.
The driver gave us many insights on Alberta during the drive there.

Overall I would gladly recommend my friends this service

Excellent Shuttle/SUV Service for Wedding!

Highly recommend Banff Sedan for your wedding! We booked a shuttle and SUV for us and our wedding guests and the entire process was stress free and easy. Both drivers were very professional, on time, and helped make our day special. Miles even helped us spot the Northern Lights! We would definitely use Banff Sedan again!

Highly recommend Banff Sedan!

We used them for a family trip to Banff/Lake Louise with ages ranging from 4 months to 82 and there were alot of logistics. It was perfect - the drivers were early and so helpful and accommodating. Each driver was so knowledgeable about the area and was full of interesting info along the way. You made our trip so great - we will be back and will book you again! Highly recommend!

The best way to travel!

Chris arrived early for our pick up at Calgary airport and immediately bought us both a coffee, a great start! He was professional and friendly and insisted on carrying both of our suitcases to the car and then into our hotel reception. The car was immaculate and this made a lovely, luxurious and relaxing start to our trip.

Their drivers set them apart!!

Used them twice on our trip - once to get near Jasper from Canmore so we could do a Glacier Tour. Then from Canmore to the Calgary Stampede. We could not have been more grateful to have Miles & Jonathan as our drivers. The vehicles were clean but what really set them apart is how friendly both drivers were. Very accommodating and made sure to point out views and points of interest.

They both arrived early and were easy to communicate with via text. They set the bar really high for any other drivers I have in the future.

I cant wait to book them for my next trip in the area.
