Went to the Gondola in the afternoon on a beautiful sunny day, where the colder temperature at the top felt refreshing, was able to walk all along the trail on Sulphur Mountain and see almost everything in the Bow Valley.

We spent a perfect morning and afternoon riding up the gondola with a blue cloudless sky and the promise of spring peeking through the melting snow. The ride, the walk up to the weather station, the interactive educational exhibits were all very enjoyable. A wonderful...More

We've visited Gondola on two ocassions: once in the day time, and the other year with the dinner package. Views are excellent, the menu is quite sophisticated, staffers are very friendly and efficient. Can be crowded though when busses unload tour groups.

We took the gondola up Sulphur Mountain and then went on the "boardwalk" (which wasn't there when I came here in 1987) up to the Cosmic Ray Station. The views are simply stunning! Although it was drizzling when we went up, it soon cleared to...More

Take the ride to the top and be prepared to walk if you plan on going to the explorers nest. Even if you don't want to walk all those stairs, you get excellent views from everywhere. Can be pricey but is so worth it.

Great food, beautiful facility. Friendly staff well worth it. The ride isn't for those who don't like heights, but if you can close your eyes for five minutes do it! Getting to expirience the view is worth it

We totally enjoyed this ride up the mountain. We journeyed up the mountain in the afternoon and spent sometime wondering around while it was still light. At dusk we had reservations for dinner, which was very nice. All in all a beautiful evening and a...More
