Bikescape Fat Biking Tour with Clare is an absolute must do!! From the moment we met Clare she was a bundle of energy and excitement which was so contagious. Clare made sure to recognize everyone's skill levels and made sure everyone enjoyed the ride equally. The bikes are awesome and made the hills way more fun. Clare is knowledgeable about her area and involved in her community and was able to share her love for the area. She took us cross country where vehicles can't go for some impressive views, stunning scenery, impressive nature and fun tracks to ride. Do yourself a favour and do a tour with Clare's company as you will not be disappointed.

As an experienced rider with two teenage daughters less enthused with MTBing I was keen for them to experience the fun in a controlled and supportive environment while also seeing some of the sites around Banff. Coach Clare was awesome. Friendly, entertaining and incredibly supportive and educational with my novice daughters. Offering tips and encouragement along the way, adapting the ride to our skill levels and even finding time to give me a chance to let loose. I would highly recommend this experience, we all enjoyed the ride, saw some amazing scenery and I now have two keen riders ready to go to the next level.

Mick! Thanks so much for taking the time to provide such thorough feedback. You and the girls were a hoot and kudos to you for hiring the professional to introduce your girls to the sport. We thrive on getting folks stoked on bikes, not just "out for a ride" so thanks for capturing what we do best. Hope to see you again soon!

This was sooo cool! We had zero experience with e-bikes or fat tire bikes. Coach Clare was super helpful, patient, very fun, friendly and energetic. She shared lots of great information about winter sports, Banff history, and places to visit. On our Taste of the Trails tour we got to see spots we haven’t seen in three years of living in Calgary and visiting Banff pretty often. I would definitely recommend going on this tour if you’re after some scenic sights, a bit of adrenaline, and a lot of adventure!

First time x country skiing after years of snowboarding so opted for the private lesson and added an additional hour. We went to lake Louise which was beautiful and although a cold day kept extremely warm!
The booking process was easy and great equipment supplied. The added bonus of a warm cuppa and home baked biscuits just made the whole thing even more personal.
Massive thank you from both of us, we had the BEST day with Anna-Lisa, she is one of the best tutors I’ve ever had and made it all so much fun and relaxing.
We shall definitely be doing this again with you guys and have got the big now for a new winter sport!

Coaches Clare & Penny were amazing. They were so cheerful and helpful throughout the entirety of the tour. It felt as if the tour was too short because of how much fun we were having. We did the Sundance Canyon run which is a newer offering and a little less trafficked than other routes.
I think something that might take these tours to the next level is finding a way to project voices from the coaches to the riders, because I loved hearing the stories and learning fun facts, but that was only when I was within range to hear them.

Hanish! Thanks so much for providing such great feedback! We loved hosting your rad group of fellas. We aim to jam in as much as we can during the stops as, you are right, it's quite difficult to chat and ride! Especially with your group having some a bit more competitive than others ;)
What we typically try to do with larger groups is rotate who rides with "coach" so you all get a little tidbit of something to take home with you. We will absolutely take this back to the team and collaborate on how we can share more of our stories with everyone on tour and make it even more of an exceptional experience.

Amazing first-time e-bike experience. Claire made sure we had the correct clothing for the weather, explained how the bikes worked and made sure all our group were comfortable before setting off.
Through out the experience Claire took video's and stills ( which she shared later) so we could just enjoy the scenery.
We were also recommended a great resting Field.

We had a fantastic cross-country skiing yesterday tour with Coach Clare of Bikescape. My wife and I had never skied before and Coach Clare had us skiing comfortably by the end of the tour. She was fantastic! She was great at teaching us the basics and made our tour so enjoyable. We loved our adventure thanks to Clare.

Our family of 5 had an absolute blast fat tire biking around Banff. We opted for the "intermediate" tour and it was a perfect blend of sightseeing and trail riding. A definite recommendation for people who enjoy exploring every nook-and-cranny wherever they visit.

Clare is the most incredible XC Ski coach. She made sure we were comfortable on our skis, showed us tips on being efficient when skiing and really made the tour so much fun. Her enthusiasm for the sport and the area is infectious. Even if you've skied before, you will get better with her instruction. If you are in the area, book a tour with Bikescape. Such an adventure!

Coach Clare really does know her stuff when it comes to XC Skiing and bikes, we'll be sure she gets your feedback! Love that you had such a rad time on the trails, hopefully we see you again soon!

Everyone was fantastic! Claire couldn't have been nicer, more professional or more accommodating. She picked us up at our hotel (Fairmont Banff Springs) and delivered us first to Anna Lisa for a cross country skiing lesson which was fantastic. Anna was patient, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. It was a great introduction. Next, we had a fat tire ride with Penny who was just as nice and helpful.
If you plan on visiting Banff and want a great guide look no further. Just call Bikescape and Claire will take care of the rest!
