This is a follow up of my previous posts and is a response to the replies from the lead guide.
They have written I refused an upgrade. The fact is that they never offered me an upgrade (I have the rebooking email which shows I have been booked for the same tour the next day), and in any case I would not have been able to accept it as I was leaving Banff the next day. They have accused me of hurling insults on the phone, where the truth is that I did not speak to them over phone about this tour and such a thing never happened. Are they confusing me with another guest? They justify that they cancelled as tour guide was unwell. What sort of company, that has no backup resources. Refund was not delayed by my bank as they have claimed. It was only done after 2 weeks after I wrote to them, and I have the transaction details to prove that it was done only on 18/7/22 @ 4.46pm.
Regarding my review of another tour, they claim tour was only few minutes late, but I can vouch that the tour started and ended 40 minutes late. They suggest that I should have told the guide. Please verify with your guide, I had indeed mentioned this to him. But what can he do, he has to complete the tour for the sake of others. Also, it was his first tour with the company.
Radventures has sunk even lower in my assessment (unfortunately cannot give a 0 star rating). Radventures, if someone points out your deficiencies, gracefully accept it and try to correct, instead of hurling out false allegations
