We were driven to and from Lake Moraine by Gavin and he was great! Buses were also punctual, comfortable and the music playlist is 10/10. Overall would highly recommend for your next trip to Lake Moraine and or Lake Louise :)

Lynda was a great bus driver, she was very friendly & gave us a lot of good information. We were on an early bus & lucky because it had snowed & they were not allowing the big buses to go up, but we could! We got to enjoy the lake before it got too crowded! Definitely recommend this company!

While booking me and my boyfriend's trip to Alberta, I found a very reasonable priced company for the shuttle. Compared to other shuttles I really liked how easy it was to book through them. They were very professional and punctual. The workers were very nice and were even able to accommodate us wanting to leave early (no guarantee each time). The bus inside was comfortable and clean, no issues getting in or out. I would recommend this shuttle company for anyone who is going to Lake Moraine.

You can't go wrong sticking with this locally-owned, family business. Ditch the megabus companies. MLBC has smaller rental car shuttle type vans, much nicer than the 50-person buses. Drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. We ran into a schedule issue, and one of the owners personally solved it for us, validating our choice to go locally owned.

We were lucky enough to have Mitch as our bus driver on the way down. He bought the energy and some great facts! We were impressed by the company as a whole and how they really seem to care about their staff and the local community.

Fantastic! I came upon this opportunity late in my planning process and it allowed us to stay in LL village (Fairmont too expensive just to wake up to a view!) and get to the lake easily for an hour. Also getting to Moraine Lake was an added bonus as private cars can’t access and it’s even more beautiful really than Louise! Mitch was a great guide and driver and so helpful in assisting us to our next stop, the LL gondola. Kudos to this company and I hope you continue to do well.

The only way to get to Marine Lake is by bus. We came across Marine Lake Bus company and since it got good reviews, we decided to book a few months in advance. The e-mail communication and reminders were fantastic. The instructions were clear on where to meet. Ollie was our driver both ways. He was friendly and gave us suggestions on where to hike when we arrived. We didn't need as much time as we thought because the hike we were going to do (Sentinel Pass) was closed because of snow. Ollie told us if we wanted to come back early we could as long as there was room. And we were able to do that. The buses are smaller and only hold about 20-30 people so nice you are not crammed into a big bus. We even saw a black bear on the side of the road on our way back. Ollie stopped so we could take photos. That was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend if you are going to Marine Lake.

The weather turned really bad but still the views were nice. Special thanks to the coordinator Jill for coming to our rescue and bringing us all to the lake Louise Gondola parking . All in all a very good experience with Moraine Bus company.

Miki did a great job for us. She was kind and on time. We were able to catch an earlier return, which was great! Price is a bit more (nothing crazy) than the Parks Canada shuttle but smaller busses and less people. Part of our group had Parks Canada shuttle so it worked out for all of us to return at the same time. Would recommend and use again.

The first drive was at 4am for the sunrise at the Moraine Lake. The bus was one time and warm it was a could nicht. The second trip was the same day to Lake Louise we had a return at 4:30 am but it was not good weather we rescheduled the return time to 2:30 online without problem.
