We stopped in at the information center to get a map of the area and find out about local museums and attractions. They offer free 3-hour parking as well.

If you are like us and haven’t got a scooby doo of where to go or what to see then please visit the information centre. All the staff were so very helpful and friendly and just couldn’t be better, thank you so very much.

It's not a very large centre, but they are set up efficiently. One area has a queue to book attractions, while another area with several workers help answer questions, orient travelers, sell park passes (such a nice bonus - Canada is celebrating their 150th anniversary...More

Amazing people helping us in advance. I contacted using instagram and they were very helpful and supported since I travel to Banff to see the Northen Lights and they provides important info. The location it is pretty cool with merchandise and souvenirs.

Very helpful Staff. They don't just help - they actually guide you through the tour! You can approach them for available reservations, weather update and guide for rafting or any other activities.

Hi, Well, to answer your question, there is free street parking and several parking lots available, most are free of charge. I hope you enjoy your visit to Banff. It is an amazing, unforgettable place.
