Hello Yvonne S, You can certainly submit your medical form ahead of time and simply send us filled document via e-mail. This will save some time at the check in. We also recommend arriving to the spa earlier and taking advantage of the pools before the treatment, this way nothing will be cutting into a treatment in case there are any delays leading to treatment.
