I attended the SIO meeting at the Banff art center. It is an amazing place, in a majestic setting. Very courteous staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Everything ( meal places, conference in close proximity.We took the Banff Airporter shuttle from the Calgary airport. Very reliable service, comfortable buses, kind very nice drivers, always on time. Easy to book while in airport awaiting the arrival of friends. Friendly customer service and very helpful is picking the right transport pick up time to align with my return flight. Arrived on time, comfortable car and friendly driver. Would definitely book again!

Banff Airporter have a friendly, helpful and great service drivers, always on time and gives an excellent informations about the travel time, drop off location and helpful with the luggages. But small thing must be improve I didn't get an email booking reservation confirmation right away because the agent on phone call booking didn't double check my email address and I have to call back to have the confirmation. Aside from that everything is great.

The Banff Airporter was the best! Kevin picked us up early, made sure several times that all guests were comfortable and enjoying the ride. He explained the shuttle features so that all would love the ride. We were at the Calgary Airport in 1hr 15min from the last pick up spot. He actually dropped us off at the Marriott in terminal Hotel. We will not hesitate to use this service again when we are traveling. No need to rent a car! Thanks Kevin

Very profesional, pick up and drop off either at the airport and in Banff was on time. I took the shuttle at the airport one hour before the booked time and they allowed me to change time with no problem. They send you the reiminder of the trip one day before. I was not sure how to handle the check in on the way back and I asked for an information to a driver that was waiting to leave and he gave me all the details of my trip even if it was 2 days after.

Very good service from Canmore to the airport of Calgary. . Clean small bus, on time. The bus starts at the Coast Hotel in Canmore. Wait outside from the reception, the area is covered when it should rain.

Good communication in advance, arrived on time and dropped off right at the door of both domestic and international terminals. Much cheaper than a taxi but probably more comfortable to be honest! Will pick up from Canmore as well which is where we were staying. Recommend.

We used Banff Airporter from our hotel in Banff to Calgary Intl. Airport. The service was on-time and excellent. The coach was comfortable and the driver courteous and professional. I recommend this service and I would use it again.

Many pickup locations in Banff. The driver Andrew was very pleasant and professional. The interior of the shuttle was spotless and pristine. I enjoyed the quietness of the bus ride (no music or commentary) as we left Banff for Calgary Airport, which allowed me to soak up the last of the rockies in peace. Despite the quietness that I enjoyed, the driver was friendly and bubbly with each person he picked up.

We had a wonderful experience. In fact, they called us when we were delayed to be sure they could book us on the next available shuttle. Our driver was very nice confirming luggage and our drop off location with estimated arrival time before departing Leather seats with charging stations after a long flight was great to get caught up on emails while charging my laptop
