This is the review I uploaded on another site but I'm sharing it here: I used Banff Airporter to go from Calgary International Airport to my hotel in Banff (12/11/2019) and back (12/16/2019). My hotel was about an hour and forty five minutes from the airport. The total amount I paid for the round trip was $150.94 Canadian (which translates to about $115.99 US dollars). I made and paid for my reservation months ahead of time (on 07/19/2019, to be exact). I arrived in Calgary a few minutes after 12 noon, retrieved my luggage, and then walked to the Banff Airporter booth which is inside the airport. The booth was several gates away from the baggage claim area. Not a short walk but it was not too far either. After letting their customer service attendant at the booth know why I was there, I still had time to wait for my scheduled 1:30 pm shuttle. The shuttle was on time and the driver was as Calgary Canadian as it gets. He had a stocky build and wore a wide brimmed sun hat with the drawcord that you place under your chin to keep the wind from blowing it off. Even though the temperature was maybe in the upper teens (Fahrenheit), he was dressed like it was in the 50s. He was a nice guy, said "eh" a lot and was a fan of country music. Including myself, there were only five passengers and we were all from the USA. The shuttle was spacious and comfortable. The driver spent much of the ride to Banff talking to one of the passengers from Austin, TX and telling him how much he likes Willie Nelson. Since the Calgary airport is on the outskirts of town, we didn't see much of the city. Snow covered the landscape and the scenery didn't change much until we got near Banff. That's when the topography took a dramatic turn from hills to mountains. The mountains rose like figures from a children's pop up storybook. It was a smooth ride and I tipped the driver once he dropped me off. Five days later, the ride back to the airport ran just a smoothly. That driver was a very attractive Canadian brunette. She was about 20 minutes late picking me up but that was understandable considering her shuttle was larger and filled to capacity. She picked up passengers in Banff and neighboring Canmore. I still got to the airport in plenty of time and tipped her too. The drop off point was not in the same place where I was picked up five days earlier. It was outside and a short walk to the entrance. I highly recommend Banff Airporter to anyone needing shuttle service to the Banff National Park area and back. It was stress free, relaxing, prompt, and they have excellent drivers. I'm rating this company five stars.

We booked Banff Airporter for our arrival transfer to our hotel in Banff. The journey was super easy, they arranged to get us on an earlier bus as we arrived earlier than expected, and this was no trouble at all. The bus is super comfortable, the service is door to door and the views along the way are beautiful. We decided to book our return journey with Banff Airporter too and our driver Chantel was great, we would highly recommend this service to anyone. Being from Australia so not used to driving on the right hand side and in the winter weather, we were glad to find this hassle free option as an alternative to renting a car!

I booked my ride on the Banff Airporter several days in advance and had no problem finding an available time to suit my needs. Upon showing up at the check in desk (which I was easily able to find with the directions in the confirmation email), I had my bags "checked" - tagged and placed in the shuttle bus storage compartment. I was asked if I wanted water and reminded to use the restroom prior to departure. I wasn't able to keep much with me on my person, as the shuttle was much smaller than I imagined - it held 11 people plus the driver - and there was little space to place personal belongings. In fact, I had a seat with no pockets or storage and had to keep my purse, iPad, and water bottle all balanced on my lap. This is the only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise the shuttle ride was smooth and quick. We arrived at the Fairmont Banff Springs in just under 2 hrs after a few other stops. The driver was extremely friendly and nice. I would book this shuttle again on a return trip to Banff!
