It's a 3.5-4 hrs round trip and classified as a moderate hike but worth every minute! We stopped for quite a while at mirror lake on the way up too which still had snow on its banks. To make it a round trip we went up the steep path to the left of mirror lake and back down the other... More

This hike was uphill all the way but every step we took was worth it to see Lake Agnes! I wish the Teahouse had been open but it was too early in the season. The lake was still covered in ice but it's beautiful no matter!

Though not so scenic on the first kilometer, it does eventually open up to get some nice views of lake Louise. The first Lake you'll see along the way is Mirror Lake - a nice spot for a break. Then further up is Lake Agnes, which is a beautiful spot that views all the way back to the ski resort... More

We took a slow stroll up the mountain towards Agnes Lake and the Tea house. As one of our party was an asthma sufferer, we just took our time and stopped frequently, which turned out to be a great way to take in the breathtaking views on the way up. This is an easy hike which makes it great for... More

We went the lake Agnes as part of a longer hike with my 3 year old. This path is easily walkable for all ages. Although there is some incline (if you didn't guess by climbing up a mountain) a slower pace would still see pretty much everyone get to the top. The tea house and lake are a great view... More

This place is beautiful and a fairly close hike from the Chateau. Excellent views . The terrain can be a bit rough at times but the trail is well maintained and wide.

Very nice place... Breathtaking in my book. We did the 3 hour horse back trip up to the lake with Brewster Adventures. The weather was great. Suggest only visiting this place early in the morning as it can get busy.

Did this at the end of May 16 . Gradual climb to the Lake , we were fortunate the sun was out and no rain . The tea house was closed until 5 June but this did not detract from our trek . We should have done more research about bears as this kept us on our toes . The... More

My wife and I went in May 2016 when the weather was pretty mild. We found the hike rather challenging. It took us, both relatively healthy 30 year olds, 1.5 hours up (including breaks) and 40 minutes running down. The first 20 minutes were especially steep, with little reward in terms of scenery. 1 hour in, the road gets very... More

The hike up was fantastic, such amazing views of lake louise and the millions of trees all around the area. The lake itself is pretty but nothing too special. There is a lake on the way up (3km) from lake louise called Mirror lake which is very pretty and small as well. Worth the hike! Do it!
