Blue, Blue Water

We have gone to Moranie Lake at least once or twice a year. To walk around the water, and it's so blue, very attractive.

Undoubtedly lake morraine is one of the most beautiful lake in the world. But to enjoy the beauty you need to know the perfect time and season. Because the color of its water will change according to season and timing of the sun shining on it. Some may be lucky enough to enjoy the blueness of its water. I went... More

one of the many lakes !!! Lake Moraine is outstandingly blue, as though a well maintained swimming pool was placed right in between a range of snow capped mountains on one side and a bunch of green trees on the other - a contrast of colors, from gray to white, to marvelously blue to a bed of dark green! amazing!

Don't miss it if you are near by. Parking situation was pretty horrible so need to go as early as possible. Beware of poor wifi reception.

A very busy location in the summer, but well worth it. It is beautiful!! I would recommend going on a sunny day as the water looks brighter blue.

GORGEOUS and quaint lake. The pictures I took here are priceless. This is a must see if in the area. I may even go as far as saying this is prettier than Lake Louise, but both shouldn't be missed. Go early as it was very crowded by the time we left. There is only so much room for parking.

This lake is short drive from the town of Lake Louise, but is a must see if you are in the area. The road closes around the 1st of October, and parking can be a challenge unless you come early or late in the day. We came in the late afternoon, and there were cars parking for more than a... More

One of the best lakes i have ever been to !!! Breathtaking the colors are simply unique & spectacular!! No filter needed when you take pictures there! Make sure to arrive early on in the morning as the parking is quite small & once full you have to park along the road on the hill. A pain By 11am i... More

We could have spent all day here taking in the breath-taking views of the Lake. We climbed the mountain of boulders to the top not realising that there's a safer path around the back to take you up. It was fun all the same. At the top we were blown away by what we were seeing. The electric colours of... More

Nice! Another must visit, each has its own beauty if compare to other lakes. If yo u climb the rocks to take pictures just be careful not to fall over. Do walk around to appreciate the place.
