Very nice experience, good value if you get the groupon. Gorgeous views, lookout and a very good interpretative centre at the top also.

Our family of 13 took the gondola up mid morning - which is better than the crowded afternoon! The ride itself is just beautiful; you choose between open air chairlift or cable car. We chose open air but depends on weather, since return trip was...More

We looked at reviews online and found that this was the best advertised place to view a grizzly in the wild, the reviews weren't wrong! Both on the way up and down we viewed a grizzly in the wild foraging in the grass, take the...More

We found that there were very few signs telling you direction to the Lake Louise Gondola ride. We found it & it was worth it!

Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that there is a power outage in the Bow Valley and to come back later. We returned 5 hours later but again found that they couldn't operate due to power outage. It's probably not their fault, but it...More

We did the breakfast package since it was only a few dollars more with than without. The food was definitely industrial school type, but edible. Had fun watching the ground squirrels run around outside while we ate. Grammy was nervous, so did the enclosed gondola...More

The gondola trip was really enjoyable even though I don't like heights. There are beautiful views over lake Louise and surrounding areas. We saw a grizzly bear on the slopes when we arrived. At the top of the gondola there is a lovely walk and...More

We did not see bears. Having said that the gondola and gourmet lunch was a once in a lifetime experience. You can select an open or closed gondola to the top of the mountain - we chose open and the views of the mountains, the...More

If one buys tickets online in advance does that allow for priority in line? We would be there on June 30th, so I am imagining it will be busy.

I doubt that there would be such kind of thing, allow for priority in line, because it is not necessary. We went there last July. It was not so busy, I would say. This year, it probably would be different, but I don't think... More
